Gridsum Announces Management Changes
BEIJING, September 29, 2019 Gridsum Holding Inc. (Gridsum or the Company) (NASDAQ:GSUM), a leading provider of cloud-based big-data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in China, today announced that Mr. Ravi Sarathy, previously co-chief financial officer of the Company, has been appointed as the chief financial officer of the Company, effective September 30, 2019. Concurrently with this appointment, Mr. Michael Peng Zhang, previously co-chief financial officer of the Company, has resigned from his position and will continue to serve the Company as Vice President in charge of corporate development.
